Quick question - Quick answer

Greetings. Do technique boosts stack?

For example, if I equip tempest cloak with summit moon, do I get an even greater boost than if I were just to equip tempest cloak?

Been checking out the price guide on the wiki (fantastic resource btw thanks!) just seeing if i have anything of Value in my bank.
I notice that lv30 GiFoie is listed at 200-300, how much does 29 usually go for? or is it only going in sets typically?

Level 29 attack techs are FAR more common (they drop in a lot more areas, and any given one is hundreds of times more common than a level 30 attack tech, even if you are hunting for a specific one) you can sell any given one at below 1 pd usually, or try sell a set. I removed it a couple nights ago. @Alisaryn is in the process of revamping it along with the release of Endless: EP2, and we found an issue in the quest that we thought warranted taking it down until that revamp is available.

Wow endless ep 2 that’s freakin awesome. It’s my favorite quest in the game and great for helping new players powerlevel whilst grabbing a couple vise. Ep 2 will be amazing. Kinda curious what the issue was because I had just ran it quite a bit and never saw any issues but it doesn’t really matter lol. Perhaps they are going to add vol opt and more areas for the revamp? Well anyway really looking forward to it. It’s also an amazing quest for finding badge areas during the section id badge event.

The quest was storing your point totals in bits of a global flag used by another quest. Fortunately it was benign but still, not something we want to keep up.

Endless EP2 and the revamp of Endless EP1 will not use any flags because they'll support laps inside the same party. For example you can do a clear, then you can decide to do another clear (with different routes and penalties) or collect your reward and return to lobby. More laps increase your score.

How to disable the loading screen? Using server command /slowburst and /burstpref don’t work.

The login loading screen? It's still enabled.

/slowburst toggles the setting in a party.
/burstpref is the value to use for parties you create.

If the host has slow burst enabled in a party, you're stuck with their loading screens.

Where can I start the gov quests in EP1? The warp that leads to the principal's/governor office is without any occupant.
 
Hello all! I know this is very long shot and might get flamed for this but is there a way/method somewhere in the bayous where we can port all our current data of online psobb into an offline mode of psobb? If that even exists? I'm sorry I'm not too tech savvy and thought on the off chance I don't have any internet if this could be a viable option to play and if it were ported to offline that at that point itd be basically two different entities so whatever progress I make in offline mode does not affect online and vice versa. Also sorry if this is not worded right. Thank you for all for taking the time to read this. Have a great day/night.

You can download your character data and use it on your own server if you so choose, at least to my memory. Just be aware that any custom content from ephinea cannot be used on your own private server. As far as "offline" everything on PSOBB is handled server side, so it has no true offline mode, but you can point your server to your internal IP. As far as injecting your char data into your own database, thats beyond my knowledge so good luck. :p

Hello Nikki, first off thanks for taking the time to reply and answering some questions. That being said how do I go about doing so? or is there a link kind of explaining it all? I'd appreciate any and all information available. Thank you!
