1) Your choice is all a matter of tastes and how you want to play.

Racast might be one of the strongest class that exists and a great team asset, high hp, high atp, decent ata and TRAPS (which are OP in ultimate).

The lack of buffs might be an issue on a few end game arenas in solo play, but you have workarounds ( zallure/demon's guns, a mag that provides Shifta /deband on bosses, PB Create unit).
Resta is not really an issue because you can generally carry enough mates for a run.

Ramarl has low atp and hp but her buff/debuff abilities make her a great character for solo play, confy everywhere.
She can also be a good Force replacement in a team and she has high enough ata to be potent with specials like Hell, arrest or demon.

Ramar is very strong too, he has extremely high ata and good atp: He is both easy in solo or team play.
His only weak point might be at low ultimate levels (80>120) when solo, he clearly lacks hp and gets knock down easily by strong mobs.(ramarl's jellen negates that issue partially)
Though he compensates with his high abilty to incapacitate his enemies with specials such as arrest, spirit, hell etc.

My advice: if you are new to ranger, go for Racast or Ramarl.
They are both easy to play everywhere and don't require high end stuff or skills.

2) It depends what you want to hunt: Purplenum, Yellowboze, Whitill, Greenill or Viridia might be good ideas.

SJS hunting tips needed. Looking for a new long-term hunt and figured this would be "fun".

My question is do most people run phantasmal world 4 and reset after 5 or do another quest? I'm having a rough time with the Ill Gills. My skyly is ramar lvl 123 but they wreck me. Do hell weapons work on these? Am I just missing something? I could change my racasts or fonewms badge ( level 147, 144) if that may make it easier. Any tips would help.

People usually do PW4 resets but when there is a valid quest for Gi-Gues in HBR , it is preffered over PW4 resets.

For Ill Gills , i suggest you to stay as far as possible and to use the combo Frozen Shooter with a Demon's Laser/raygun/s-rank mech : you freeze , you demon , you kill.
Remember that you can stop their charge with gifoie.
Staying close to the walls will help too.

If you go racast i will suggest a zallure gun instead of a demon one.
Of course traps will help you there too but then no SD.

Hello. I wanted to ask about the ability to download the character data?

What is the actual use case scenario for this?
Can I in theory take the data and go somewhere else to continue playing with my characters on another server?

I have seen apps that allow you to upload character data, so that you can see whats on the bank and such.
But what are the possibilites here?

Would be happy to know about this.

yes, on another server or on your own, if one day there is no more private servers around.

I never tried them but i believe the bank apps are allowed here.

Admins are ok with those softwares as they only read the server memory.

_ It's been one of my all time favorite weapons and I chose my ID's character based on the possibility of droping it (Viridia). For what reason the drop chart has changed the December 6th, 2022 (Merikle : Soul Banish → Heart of Chameleon Scythe) ? Whyyyyy >^w^< ?!

No, the Megid is not effective at all in Ultimate. Since it is a technique, it doesn't need Hit% to work - however, the level of the Megid is so low that you cannot kill anything with it on Ultimate. Level 1 Megid has 27 power, and no enemy on ULT has less EDK than this. So yeah, the special is completely worthless on ULT, outside of draining your HP which can be very useful.

The drop has changed because Soul Banish is, generally speaking, a pretty bad weapon that no one really hunts on BB, ever, so it was replaced with a more desirable "Heart" item. It is heavily outclassed by Asteron Belt / Yunchang / other weapons. If you created your character before the drop change, you should still have a /modsecid available to change your character's ID. Skyly might be your best bet at this point.

Alternatively, you can just buy a Soul Banish with Hit% for almost nothing. Even at 45h, it usually sells for around 5 - 8 PDs whenever it is up for auction.

Yes, this is also a good alternative. Meier don't have the right ID and there is not much Heart of Soul Banish to trade, but i'll think about it >^w^<.

Do the drop rates change when playing one person mode?

I ask because for now I play entirely solo, and if there's no difference in drop rates then I'd rather play the one player mode since it seems a little easier for me.

The original drop charts as you see on the main page do not change from opm to multi; solo at your leisure. However, if you wish to take advantage of the valentines boosts or HBR boosts I would recommend grouping up.

What is the minimum amount of Hit % you'd want on a Frozen Shooter before turning it into Snow Queen?

Really want the piercing effect but my 25h FS doesn't always hit on 1st shot special so I don't find it wise to convert to SQ.
 
I honestly used to use 0h SQ back in the day (event prize) and loved it on my RAmar, I mean, I would only use it on spawning-slow enemies because of the 0h but it was still great IMO.

I personally use a 45h SQ rn and I love it but still, It can miss sometimes, I would personally make a 30h one just to have one and then upgrade it later over not having one at all.
 
Are there any stats I should avoid increasing on my MAG or via Materials (hunewearl)? Like does DEX/ATA become pointless to raise for melee accuracy past a certain point or that kind of thing?

Also, is there a way to check what levels people in a quest are before joining? I wanna hop in random open rooms and play with people but don't wanna drop in on a bunch of people 50 levels higher than me and leech.
