Well, in a nutshell....Joining a "Team" allows you access to unlockable perks of the game we took for granted decades ago on Private servers and consoles. Unlockable perks like a "Dressing Room" for your characters, Unique quests, Aaaaand that cool funky picture you see next to players names out in the lobby! OH! And Teams get access to unique items like weapons, armors and shields~! Hope this halps! <3!
