Olga 2, Pofuilly Slime, Pouilly Slime, Vol Opt, EP2 Sinows, and Gi Gue are not affected by tech boosts.
This is a bug in the same way weapon attributes not working for CCA minibosses is.
 
Thanks; alright new question. I noticed multiple times when playing on A10 with over 130 RDR that even when I hit an enemy with a 7/8 chance of dropping rare, it would somehow still sometimes not drop its rare. I was wondering how that is possible when I'd think with enough RDR shouldn't it have been a guaranteed rare drop?
 
It’s never guaranteed. Also, 87.5% is the cap for a rare item drop. It doesn’t go any higher.
 
can someone remind me exactly how the weekly DAR boost math works? For example, an enemy has a DAR of 1/4 (25%). Is the 25% DAR boost a flat 25% increase to 50% or is it 1/4 * 1.25 = 31.25%?
 
Can a Lv 130 RaCast solo Saint Million ?
I tried at Lv 120 with Spread Needle and ran out of Trimates - with every laser and torpedo when you are in front of him requiring to heal once.

I'm Lv 130 now, but haven't retried since, just want to know if it's realistic.
Is there a way to damage him from afar with a rifle without getting hit ?

It will be hard but it should be possible IMO. Scape dolls and star atomizers should basically guarantee your success though

Is there a way to get a Tapas mag to level 200? Or is this impossible since it’s not a final evolution mag. I think it looks really cool!

Can’t get it to level 200 but you CAN get it to 199

And it’s kinda tricky

To do it you have to level 2 levels at once for 15, 20, 25, etc every 5, you level 2 in order to skip past the levels that are multiples of 5 until level 199

And make sure you got it to 200 IQ along the way too, and if you ever die with it it you can never refill the synchro (not a big deal IMO)…

New Mop Up Operation 3 in episode 4 is the fastest in the game but kind of hard because of the damage rooms

Sweep Up 12 is an easier alternative (also episode 4)

Episode 4 awards more XP than EP 1/2 but for ep 1 and two the best exp quests are:

Cal’s Clock Challenge in EP 2

Endless Episode 1 in EP 1 or Towards the Future.

Couple font questions: Is Dotum actually the GC ver. font or just the closest look alike? And why do it and other recently installed fonts only show up for one power cycle on my computer?

Question about the rules: put simply are we allowed to sell accounts for PDs?

I know Spuz auctioned off accounts years ago.

I’ve been wanting to start a power leveling service in the services trade section of the forums for years now but account sharing is not allowed and it’s hard to coordinate times to level people…. I figured I could have some basic FOnewm accounts for sale for people to multiclient powerlevel with, or they could request a new account and class as a commission. Thanks in advance for the answer!

Are ES J-Cutter and ES Slicer the same in terms of usage? or do they behave differently? it seems they are both just 4 target hitting slicers but idk? I was thinking of getting an arrest slicer for my HUcast and not sure which of these two to try and get?

is one generally more recommended over the other?
