Basically, the freeze specials should not have a hard-cap anymore, meaning that they will have the same activation rates as paralyse and confuse now.

He's (most likely) removed the hard cap on ice special activation rates. See this thread for details.

Same as Arrest and Chaos boost, which would be Casts in Ultimate. Yes 50x boosts blizzard as well.

I don't know why no one's posting in this thread, but people in discord are afraid that the "new items" might break the game (and also complaining about the blizzard change).

They're scaring me and making me feel uncomfortable.

If history of other privates servers prove anything is that new additions such as Items/Weapons have always ruined the game.
(I.E. RAINBOW)

Anyways I'm here for Vanilla settings, and if that changes then fine I'll just leave, and play Vanilla on my own server.

Let's worry about the new items breaking the game once we see what they are. Who knows, maybe all of them are just "fun" items (like the original ones für Easter events by Sega) or something like that.

Blizzard still doesn't work on dorphons and girtablulus (right?), the two most/only important enemies to arrest. I guess it might be useful on some machines in some specific situations but I'd hardly call this new blizzard broken. Still very much against this on principle though and even more against the fact that it was done overnight because one person suggested it. Hope it gets removed before too many people waste their PDs.
