103% (1,033,945 kills) - Rare Enemy Appearance Up 25%
108% (1,084,136 kills) - Experience Multiplier +1x

I don't see this in effect though right now. Am I missing something?

Those are the goals for the ongoing week. That's off of last week's 1,003,830 kills.

We currently have 602,490 kills this week.

Try changing blocks. Also check if you were already holding PDs, PCs, HP/TP mats I think it's very easy to overlook an added HP/TP mat
