Well, this calculator and stats reference won't waste paper. Too bad that not all of these calculators aren't tailored for Ephinea yet, but it's close enough. Also, enjoy the other references that have more information and numbers for you to look up!

Phantasy Star Online Hit Calculator v0.81
http://z.purei.org/psocalc.php
The ATA calculation is not as trustworthy as the one in the combo kill calculator or @honeydrew's complete damage analysis spreadsheet since the status ailment for being either shocked, frozen, or paralyzed is miscalculating the results somehow.

Combo Kill Damage Calculator
https://esc.moe/pso-combokill/
For L&K38 Combat, the damage calculation is shown on a per bullet basis, but it shoots 5 bullets per action. Hence, damage is not being calculated as if all 15 shots were fired; instead it's doing that as if 3 shots were fired. At least the ATA calculation can be trusted based on Game Mechanics formula shown in here.

GHOSTS' Data on on selling weapons for meseta to in-game vendors
A little bit ago, I took some informal notes on what weapons sell best to in-game vendors to pad out your meseta flow. I decided to do some formal testing in Sandbox to get some concrete values. Here are the results of my research.

Swatch Internet Time Guide
This will be a quick short guide on internet time, or .beat time since most of it is explained here from Wikipedia anyways. There is not much to add other than what equipment is related to this unique feature of the game, so this will be a quick guide for beginners to understand easily. You can also check what the time is at this website: https://www.swatch.com and maybe start using this time standard to set up your next meeting time with your friends in the game.

What other weapons besides Dark Flow use hard attack accuracy for their special?
Answers include: Vjaya, Lavis Cannon, Lavis Blade, Double Cannon, Girasole, Windmill, ES Windmill with HP/TP Regeneration Specials, Gal Wind, Orotiagito, Plantain Fan, Plantain Huge Fan, Frozen Shooter, Snow Queen, Dark Meteor, Drill Launcher, Heaven Punisher, Mille Marteaux, Twin Psychogun, ES Psychogun with HP/TP Regeneration Specials, Belra Cannon, and Dark Flow, of course! Also, Berdysh and Tsumikiri J-Sword don't have an accuracy check since they hit like techniques within its range of attack, and both weapons can build PB even though the special attack loses PB to launch it. Fun fact: Commander Blade does no damage with its special attack other than use a Trap Vision per swing.

Does anyone have the info on % rates? [Section ID Weapon Frequency from PSO-World]
Most players like @Spuz want to know where are all those photon percent rates and floor patterns tables for getting high % are, so @anime starts off with his answer below the included link for this number crunching question.

Web Archive Entry for Azure PSO [Web Archive Link is Obsolete; sorry about that!]
Another Old Website about PSO that I appreciated using with some basic numbers on game mechanics. Good slogan too: PSO in the purest of forms.

The status simulator hosted on Xrea is a scht one copy but cleaner because it is for a vanilla Japanese server (iYo server). It also removed scht customized items and changed the mats limitation, the text in the files are easier to read, too.

I simply grabbed it down and translated it back into English (I did this after I translated it into my native language by convenience), also set the default and reseted Mag DEF to 5, and hosted it. The parameters in the URL seems exchange-able with scht one without problem.

UPDATE!!!

Thanks for hooking us up realnabarl. Here's some edited posts that make use of the new simulator:

Matt's Stats Plans with Links
Extra Stats Plans with Links

Hopefully, the plans were pasted correctly.

These stats plans assume that you use the Ephinea wiki's Classes link to fill in some recommended equipment as shown in each plan while reducing the number of units required to gain stats. Of course, HP & TP Materials are included wherever necessary, but they are not mentioned. I aim to reduce the number of units as much as I can just like you are accustomed to seeing in Matt's Stats Plans, and I aim to reduce the number of mags that you use as you progress to Lv 200. For example, why have 3 different POW mags with 20, 25, and 27 DEX (and 5 DEF, of course) when you can use one of them in every stats plans across multiple characters without causing mag sellers too much grief in making too many mag feeding scripts? The worst case scenario is that you have to gain more levels to gain either Max ATP or Max ATA which you'll get before hitting level 200 anyways!

Wait; what do you mean progress to Lv 200, you ask? It will be easier to understand what each plan listed means when considering that the plans are organized in two parts: Power Up Plans and Lv 200 Reset Plans. Power Up Plans are for leveling up, so expect some changes on the way to Lv 200. The Lv 200 Reset Plans are luxuries since some players can afford to reset their materials, so plan ahead by keeping extra materials, especially Luck Materials!

Feel free to modify some stats for your chosen class in Sandbox mode or in this status simulator by starting with the following templates below and see if you like your changes. A mix of either Def or Evade Materials are included in some series of stats plans for some characters if maximizing them aren't too annoying, but feel free to dump them at your leisure. In fact, I haven't bothered to include any Evade Materials in the Power Up Plans, so that's not going to be an issue. One example may be that you really want to stick a V801 in there on some non-cast character earlier than shown. Finally, don't forget to share your plans and to have fun!

Sorry for the sudden update, but the post exceeded 40,000 characters, so I ended up posting the HUmar & HUnewearl Plans elsewhere.
