Has the relationship between Pioneer 2 and Dark Falz improved already?

No, unfortunately.
Dark Falz has repeatedly turned down requests from Pioneer 2 to work out a better trade deal between them.
Pioneer 2 doesn't like Dark Falz constantly abducting red-haired girls, and fighting their high-ranking officers, but Dark Falz refuses to acknowledge that any other actions are possible.
It's turbulent times, but the wall shall progress to keep Nasty Pioneers out.
