    I've owned a regular 2002 GT, and yeah they were weak. The Mach 1 having the 4V motor makes a big difference. I plan on keeping it stock, they're holding value extremely well.

    Well Hello there!

    Welcome! Definitely recommend a game pad. If you have any current gen consoles or a 360 pad the game natively recognizes though. Look forward to seeing you in game. (I started on Dreamcast in high school as well)

    I'm using a wired Xbox 360 controller right now and a wireless keyboard to chat and use shortcuts. I have my laptop hooked into my TV, so I'm reliving the glory days of Dreamcast. I may have to get that USB adapter and use a DC controller like OP. ;)

    Ah, hadn't thought about using external voice chat. That might be a viable option later on, really gotta have that keyboard nostalgia for a little while though. Haha

    Like a ton of people I started with PSO on the Dreamcast. I dabbled a little on the GC, but the lack of a keyboard in America really killed the social aspect of the game. Ordering a wireless keyboard, so I can relive the glory of playing on the couch with a controller and keyboard in my lap...
