Re: Official Changelog Topic (Updated: 12/6/2015)

Update for 12/9/2015:

- Pioneer Christmas was moved to Episode 2's One Person mode.

Re: Official Changelog Topic (Updated: 12/12/2015)

Change log for 12/12/2015:

- Christmas Fiasco quests added to all "Event" categories for each episode.
Note: The Christmas Fiasco quests were originally created by FireFox and Lee, though I've made some minor script modifications to each quest.
- Lost Weapon quests for Episode 2 have been moved to their own "Retrieval" category.
- Merry Christmas! All enemies have a 1/2000 chance to drop a Present (Various DAR per enemy does not affect this chance.) The items you can obtain from presents vary by the difficulty the present is dropped in. (THANKS GO TO NDW AND MATT FOR CREATING THE GIFT LISTS.)
- The /hbrdata command has been renamed to /hbr and now shows your ranking information.
- The Hunters Boost Road NPCs no longer tell you your ranking. (This was causing desync problems in games. Invisible players, disconneccts, and the like...)
- Hunters Boost Road rate increases were reduced by 30%.
- The Lobby and City have new Christmas music themes for Christmas.

Re: Official Changelog Topic (Updated: 12/12/2015)

The ships were updated again today, 12/12/2015:

- Present drop rate was adjusted to scale for PSO2 mode. Previously, each person had 1/2000 chance to get a present, which would make four times the amount of presents drop in a game. Now it scales as such:

PSO2 Present Chance 1P = 1/2000
PSO2 Present Chance 2P = 1/2360
PSO2 Present Chance 3P = 1/2784
PSO2 Present Chance 4P = 1/3285

- When a Present is picked up, it now displays on the right side of the screen to players in the party.
- Now keeping track of how many presents are found on the Leaderboards. (After Fodra's restart at 20:00 UTC.)

Re: Official Changelog Topic (Updated: 12/12/2015)

Patch server had the unitxt_j.prs updated for Anti-Light and Anti-Dark rings for the English language setting. (The Japanese language setting already had the correct names and descriptions for these items.)

Previously, they showed up as Black Ring and White Ring, respectively.

Their descriptions were also updated and now look as so...

If you're using a "Custom" language setting but use a normal unitxt_j.prs file, you can download the updated one from http://files.pioneer2.net/unitxt_j.prs to correct your item names and descriptions.

Also, your chance of winning an item from a lower cost list is higher than if you had just spent the correct amount of money on the lower cost list.

Re: Official Changelog Topic (Updated: 12/13/2015)

Okay, the Fiasco leaderboards are up at http://ephinea.pioneer2.net/lb.php

The level and class next to the name of a person is the level and class they were at the time of clearing the quest.

The time you see is the time elapsed from hitting the switch "GET TO WORK" to sending the "All Clear" signal. So, the total time it took to clear the quest.

Also, your time won't be updated unless it's better than your last time.

Re: Official Changelog Topic (Updated: 12/13/2015)

For 12/20/2015:

- Introduced a new Time Attack mode for registering the Christmas Fiasco Ultimate clear times to the Leaderboards. You must use this mode in order for your clear time to count. All previous clear times have been cleared.

In this mode, the quest will automatically start within 90 seconds of creating the game or when you have a full party, whichever comes first.

Time Attack mode will be cancelled if you go down to Ragol before the quest starts.

Time Attack mode will also be cancelled if the console is not activated within 60 seconds of appearing in the quest.

Those with the best clear times will be rewarded at a later date.

1/2/2016

- Christmas Event deactivated.
- New Year's lobby has been put up.
- Christmas Fiasco times have been saved and reward quest will be up either today or tomorrow.
(Leaderboards will be pulled in about a week.)
- Hunters Boost Road has been changed to "War of Limits".

- The Time Attack Reward shop can be accessed from Episode 2's Multi-Mode quest counter.
- Anyone who placed on the Christmas Fiasco Leaderboards can claim their rewards by speaking to Momoka in the new shop.
- Episode 4 now has a 5% chance for Hit to be on all weapons dropped.
- Episode 4 random common item drops have been adjusted to be a little better.
- Shambertin and Saint-Million's drop rates were adjusted to be more in-line with Episode 1 and 2's bosses. However, Saint-Million is still a little better since he doesn't have a "Boss Quest" yet. (Soon.)
- Viridia Yunchang drop was slightly nerfed.
- Grennill, Whitill and Purplenum's Ophelie Seize drops were slightly nerfed.

1/4/2016

- /hbr and /partyinfo were changed to not pop up a window when displaying information. They were found to destabilize games so now /partyinfo just repeats the information you see when you join a game and /hbr uses the SLOW GM message style scrolling at the top.

1/6/2016

- Added new quest "Rampage 'D'" under Episode 4 Multi-mode's "Extermination" category. Credit to FireFox276!

1/7/2016

- Another new quest added, this time for Episode 1's solo and multi-mode, called "Rescue From Ragol". Tofuman is the author of this quest. Please enjoy it!

1/9/2016

- Fixed a bug with technique casting causing disconnect in certain BA rules.
- Fixed a bug allowing Hardcore players to level up by using free play Battle mode with no consequences for dying.

1/10/2016

- "Tyrell's Ego" quest added to Episode 1 multi-mode's VR category. Credit to Tofuman for the quest!
- Adjustments were made to the drop rates of Cloaks on Very Hard. (They are now harder to obtain. They were previously easier to obtain on Very Hard vs. Ultimate mode.)
- An adjustment was made to Tyrell's Parasol drop from Goran on Very Hard. (Again, the drop was much easier on Very Hard vs. Ultimate mode.)

- Tyrell's Ego now doesn't give out more than one Anti Dark-Ring per character. Though whether you've acquired one already or not hasn't been saved yet, so you could still get one more if you've already got one before. BUT NO EXTRAS AFTER THAT.
- Extended language support.
- Government Quests are no longer required to unlock Single Player Side Story quests.
- Photon Drops and Photon Crystals now announce to party when found.
- Double experience enabled for the Holiday weekend.

1/17/2016

- GuardianGirth has released remixed versions of his Lost quests for Episode 2 and included 2 new quests for a total of 5 new quests added to Ephinea!

The quests are available across all ships in Episode 2’s Multi-mode Retrieval category!
- Adjustments were made to Episode 4's Very Hard drops where some items were easier to get in Very Hard vs. Ultimate and sometimes when drop rate was too high to begin with.
- Kondrieu drops were reduced from 1/2 to 1/4 for Very Hard and Ultimate.
