Auldrant has already been done, EU/Lumireis will be updated in about 15 minutes, US/Fodra will be updated in about 90 minutes with the following changes:

- Corrected experience and mag penalty not taking effect upon death sometimes.
- Corrected experience points not being restored upon extremely fast Moon Atomizer or Reverser use.
- Adjusted amount of experience lost when being revived from a Scape, Moon, or Reverser from 1% to 2%.
- Corrected Ragol Ring being able to kill off a Hardcore character.
- Corrected Ragol Ring not restoring experience lost upon use.
- Corrected "---" name when a 10 character name joins a game.
- Sol Atomizer has a 20% chance to appear in the shops past a certain character level. (Up from 5.8%)
- Star Atomizer has a 10% chance to appear in the shops past a certain character level. (Up from a 0.003% chance. LOL! That old chance was a mistake by me.)
- Improved chance to find variable stats on rare armors and shields.

Updates for 9/17/2015:

- Hardcore bonus now works in One Person games.
- Hardcore bonus now works in Classic games.
- Hardcore bonus now scales down slightly in PSO2 games as players join.
- Prevented Hardcore and Normal players from playing together.
- Hardcore games in game list now show colored names as well as the game type when pressing TAB.
- Boosted amount of Meseta received from boxes and enemies in Hardcore.
- Fixed DAR calculation for 2P and 3P PSO2 modes. (Value displayed on screen during party join and /partyinfo was correct. However, during the calculation for the drop, it would use 4P value ALWAYS.)
- Now displays Rare Modifier on join/leave games.

Updates for 9/19/2015:

- Lost HELL PALLASCH and Fragments of Memory have been added to the quest list for Episode 1 Retrieval with some new translations.
- The shops were adjusted to allow Monomates and Monofluids to appear for characters level 40 and higher by chance.
- The shops were adjusted to allow Dimates and Difluids to appear at a lower level by chance.
- Hardcore mode players are always allowed to play Point of Disaster.
- Multiplayer Dynamic Drop Rate was fixed. It was 100/102/104/105 when it was supposed to be 100/101/103/105.

Extra update for 9/19/2015 (Auldrant/Lumireis patched already, Fodra will be patched in about 2 hours and 17 minutes)

- Fixed problem with DAR in Classic mode reducing when it shouldn't.
- Fixed problem with Challenge mode not clearing out inventory properly server side when hitting "Retry".
- Adjustments to Tool Shop to have Sol Atomizer and Star Atomizer have priority over Monomate and Monofluid for higher level characters.

Update log 9/23/2015:

- Black Paper's Deal can now be played in English.
- Experience penalty no longer applied when dying in Black Paper's Deal.
- Episode 1 Challenge mode should now always give the correct experience when a monster dies.
- All ships are now Unicode native.
- Can change language preference with /lang command. (Actually, this was done a few days ago.)

Updates for 9/25/2015:

- Prevent exploit to allow HC and Normal characters to trade items.
- Fixed a crash bug on Fodra and Auldrant. EU/Lumireis not patched yet but will be later.
- Added Realms of War to Multiplayer EP4/VR quest menu.
- Updated translation on Fragments of a Memory again.
- Correct problem with experience stealing weapons giving too much experience.

Updates for 9/26/2015:

- You can now only get 100% extra experience from a monster when using experience stealing specials before experience stolen changes to 1.
(Example: Ultimate mode Recobox gives 342 when killed, you can only steal a total of 342 extra experience from Recobox before each additional experience stealing attack gives 1 experience per steal.)
- Foie makes it's triumphant return to the tool shop.
- Fixed some crashes that could occur on the ships under certain conditions.

Updated 9/27/2015 (Live in 1 hour and 30 minutes):

- BPD2 now drops 1 or 2 items based on difficulty level.
- BPD2 is now in English.
- Fixed experience steal amounts.
- Language select added to all ship select menus.
- Realms of War renamed to "Beyond the Horizon" and now has an English translation.
- Disabled drops in "Beyond the Horizon".

- Ships won't disconnect for usage of Telepipes in the final floors of 4-4 and 8-2. (They now properly understand the BB_Map_Designate opcode and won't think you're using Telepipes at a boss.)

Updated 9/30/2015:

- You can now send mail to offline users. They will receive your message when they sign on next time.
- The "Received Date" in a mail message now has the time the mail was SENT and it is ALWAYS in UTC-0 so that the time isn't as confusing when sent across ships which exist in different time zones.
- Ranking result in Battle Mode party battles for rules 1, 5, and 6 now properly update the winners as 1st place and the losers as 3rd place in their character data.
- Ranking result for all Battle Modes now doesn't update character data when a draw occurs.

Another update for 9/30/2015:

- A problem was discovered with the way deaths were detected on the server, leading some users to not be penalized when dying certain ways. This has been corrected.
- Sometimes, you would be disconnected for casting techniques on Pioneer 2 when accepting quests and mashing through the dialog. This usually would happen in a quest that instantly warps you down to Ragol. This has been corrected.
- You can now use the PSO Episode 3 lobby by going to Lobby-13. In this lobby only, the Episode 3 lobby music will also play.

Update 10/1/2015 (already live):

I forgot to mention this in yesterday's post, but /ignore no longer exists. (It's still listed in the /help menu, this will be corrected later.)

You can ignore people by going to the Guild Card menu and selecting "Block Sender".

When you block someone with this method, you will no longer be able to see the text chat, symbol chat, or mail of this user.

In addition to that, you cannot be invited to a team by a blocked user and that user cannot join any games that you are "Leading".

A blocked user can also no longer search for you via your guild card.

You can always remove people from the Blocked Senders list in the same fashion you added them.

Updates for 10/10/2015:

- PSO2 drop system tweaked a bit. (Drop Charts have been updated to reflect this.)

1. There is no longer a "rare modifier", but the DAR modifier and Dynamic Drop Rate still exist.

2. The Dynamic Drop Rate no longer increases as players join your game, it only reduces. Dynamic Drop Rate can only be increased by luck or a server event.

3. DAR is now modified by 11% per player instead of 10%.

4. Rare probability is calculated by first factoring in the DAR and then factoring the normal rare chance scaled again by the DAR modifier.

Example: Monster with 75% DAR and 45% chance to drop a rare item in a 2P PSO2 game...

DAR scaling is 89% (100 - 11%)

DAR becomes 66.75% (75 * 89 / 100)

Rare chance becomes 40.05% (45 * 89 / 100)

Total chance to get the rare item becomes 26.73% (66.75 * 40.05 / 100)

Original final chance to drop rare 33.75% (75 * 45 / 100)


- Drop rates for Episode 4 were changed across the board by NDW and Matt.

- Ephinea Halloween event is on. It's like the SEGA event, but... what's this?! なにこれ?!

This event will run until 11/1/2015 and also change slightly over time...

- Some non-11* rare items added to the global announcement list.

- No longer disconnects for Telepipe use in Episode 4's boss room.

Updates for 10/17/2015 (Some of these were done throughout the week but not announced):

- Fixed text display problem with Info Board.
- Fixed text display problem with Guild Card.
- Fixed issue with purchasing Team Rewards.
- Chance for Halloween event quests reduced from 2.5% to 1.5%
- Fixed problem with changing body for Androids in the Dressing Room.
- Fixed bug with Challenge mode shops before selecting a stage.
- Fixed problem with item combining eating your consumable and then disconnecting you when your level was exactly the required level to use or combine an item.
- All ships display /time in UTC now.
- Probably other things I fixed over the week which I can't remember anymore...

Updates for 10/19/2015:

- Rappies will no longer drop items unless you've "killed" them. This means shooting a Rappy twice from far away or nuking it from a distance will no longer produce an item when it scurries off. You have to exhaust it's HP, wait for it to get up, and then hit it for a drop.
- Item kill counters now increment ONCE per frame instead of however many enemies died during that frame.

Also, some enemies no longer will increment the kill counter. Those enemies are:

* Mothmants
* Split slimes
* Dubchics
* Claws split off from Bulclaw
* Darvants
* Recons

Update again for 10/19/2015:

- Changes it so Rappies still drop items even if you haven't killed them, though chance is reduced from 100% to 40% when getting them to drop items that way. This patch has been put in place on Auldrant and Lumireis. Fodra will be patched at 03:00 UTC. (In about 2 hours and 6 minutes from this post.)

- Rappy drop change completely reverted to original behavior pre 10/19/2015. Already reverted on Auldrant and Lumireis, will be reverted on Fodra in about 5 minutes.

Change log for 10/24/2015:

- Hardcore mode games now have double rare enemy appearance.
- Halloween quest has 3.57% chance to activate.
- Cool down for seeing the quest after obtaining it has been reduced to 2 hours instead of 3 hours.
- Ability to roll for the quest after a failed roll has been reduced from 5 minutes to 2 minutes.

Next week's maintenance will see the following changes:

- Permanent milestone event will be activated.
- Hardcore mode characters will be in a special server team.
- GuardianGirth's custom quests will be implemented on the server. (Any custom quests in the future will be offset by a different color in the quest selection menu so as not to confuse them with SEGA's quests.)

Sorry for not doing much this week and maybe last week... needed a bit of a break.
