Hitogata typo?

I just found a Hitogata during a PW4 run and noticed the I is capitalized.

It wasn't intentional, lol. Was just too lazy to fix... since I had to update the Unitxt stuff anyway for the event, I did it at the same time, along with editing the activation rate for freeze. (Thanks, Soly!)
