I just found a good Stink Frame and I'd like to try getting Lafuteria.

I know you can buy the Cells from the PD shop in-game, but I just traded a fair number of PDs so I'm short.

You should look for people selling gold badges, you can usually buy them 1:1 for photon drops. You can buy the cells for 6 badges each in the badge shop rather than spending 20 photon drops on each in Gallon's shop.

I had no idea that you could still access the Anniversary Shop after the event. Mad I converted my gold badges into Photon Crystals before the event ended.
