Like, there can be 90 players online and an entire lobby will be full of people just sitting in their chairs, standing at the counter doing nothing, or doing random dances with Alt commands for like 20 minutes straight.
My guess is people play a room or two and then just idle. But why? Why not...
I noticed that occasionally, using /lobby in certain areas will cause the quest loading screen to pop up, and then you'll be sent to a random location for about one second before being sent back to the lobby.
I've always appeared in Pioneer 2, right by the warp to the Principal's office, but...

I've never really delved into HBR until this summer event. My question is, to boost the drop rate in a particular HBR quest, do you have to finish it with the same party repeatedly, or does it accumulate regardless? Because if it's the former, that's really hard to do and requires a bit of planning.

I'm a long-time fan of PSO; been playing since the Dreamcast days, and I also played the beta of Blue Burst, then the full version back when the official servers were up, then Schthack, and now I'm here. =P (I loved Episode 3 as well; shame the PC version never came into fruition)
