Indeed, it was kinda like being able to spam MA S... but with drops. Some items would just become too easy to get imo (Pwand with Caves etc...).

I agree 100% but people who want to do this must come prepared. The whole quest is taking place in the small room with waterfalls and the players are locked in with no way out. Cure/Paralysis and proper strategy is advised since it can quickly turn into a dead body fest with Megid being casted...

And here's for Ep1 (Caves & Mines):

They appeared for me after a few solo runs of Ep1 MA S on hard. Since I was on my lvl 44 HUney I was trying to get a few extra lvls before going to vh. I already did a few full runs of the caves with the special Quest and the xp I got is pretty good. So many spawns for such a small room... SO...

For stuff like Mags it might be a bit harder but for items and xp I bet you can get some help very easily. I always keep items like Ogre/Power, Angel/Mind and tech disks when I come across them to help newcomers and others are probably doing that too. And for lvling there's always that good old...
