It would be nice if Ephinea was able to add these two features that Ultima currently has.

If you use the LUA addon for monster HP there is an option for the target monsters health to display and you just drag it to wherever it suits you. (see over my head)

The HP bar isn't a hack like those addons; it's a hidden debug feature that has always existed in the client. ;)

They're on to us! @Soly

Well thats neat. I'm in the camp of the addon is superior but for anyone who doesn't use the addons it would be a nice feature.

Also forgot to add in my first post that the ability to choose what items display on the minimap is something I've see alot of people wish for. No more running over every green box to find that damn pow mat. That's if I'm understanding it correctly and you can modify the file to display individual items.

There is no option like that, unless you are talking about a different monster HP addon (but I don't know any other than mine).
Didn't see you were talking about the drag feature until after posting lol.... The idea is to display the HP bars on top of each monster individually, so you can identify them properly.
For such thing we need to get some more information about the monster and some viewport matrix bs... to be able to put the HP on the monster's position (or hide it if it's out of sight).
Would be nice but I can't do that (yet).

The stuff I did, I add a default file so people can grab it then create a new one with the items they want to see (this also controls which items will trigger the drop sound).
