Quick question - Quick answer

Yes, eggs are useable in egg shop all year round and they are useable every easter (so you can just save what you have for next year if you don't like the current shop)
&
Yes, the present will give you the prize still.

I found a Monkey King Bar just now with 20% hit. I play a HuCast mainly. Is this enough hit to invest in a Black King Bar or should i wait for one with more hit?

What is this file for?
http://files.pioneer2.net/percents.txt

Is this the SEGA version and not applied here? In this post it is said like this
It was true. However, Episode 2 has the same chance for hit (5% per roll) as all the other Episodes here.

Remember, SEGA made it 3% for Yellowboze and 1% for all other IDs. This, combined with the rather bad drops in many areas, almost makes it seem like SEGA didn't want us to hunt stuff in Episode 2. Thankfully, this was changed on Ephinea.
Is it true? If so are there any other changes?

Nevermind, I got my answers.

Just a clarification on weapons on the wiki.

This Mech Gun has an ATP listed as 40-80
http://wiki.pioneer2.net/index.php?title=Yasminkov_9000M

While this Mech Gun only has an ATP listed of 50
http://wiki.pioneer2.net/index.php?title=Red_Mechgun

How do I interpret that value? For the Yasminkov: Is the ATP a range between 40-80 use to calculate my attack damage or does it have a static value between 40-80 when it drops? Understanding this will help when farming other items in the future (if it drops with a static ATP within the range listed).

Thanks!

A random value is chosen between min and max every time you attack. The range is determined by the weapon, e.g. Red Saber vs Ancient Saber, and all Red Sabers and Ancient Sabers have the same variation.

Barta,Gibarta,Rabarta level reflects freeze rate?
as of Gibarta and Rabarta, they have set rates:
Gibarta lv1: 0.125
Gibarta lv2: 0.1275
Gibarta lv3: 0.1425
Gibarta lv4: 0.1575
Gibarta lv5: 0.1725
Gibarta lv6: 0.1875
Gibarta lv7+ and Rabarta lv1~30: 0.2
What I have no idea is the tech frozen rate cap for the difficulties below Ultimate. In Ultimate it is just the same number as ice series special frozen rate cap (20% for Ultimate, before the modification in Ephinea). Maybe they were applied the same cap (then below Ultimate tech frozen rate would be 40%), or just a coincidence.

awesome ,that’s what I need.

Been playing my Fonewm and just wondering how do multiple sources of TP reduction interact and do they affect the amount a Psycho Wand takes off your hp? Like for example say I have a psycho wand, mother garb and adept all equipped.

They won't affect your HP at all. But the TP reductions stack up afaik.

Cool thanks, so the tp reductions stack but psycho wand will always take the full tp cost off your hp?

Correct.

Just double-checked with adept in-game because I was unsure 100%.

Did 1 Rabarta which took of 20TP, 40HP with Pwand.
Did 1 Rabarta which took of 15TP, 40HP with Pwand + Adept.

So yes, HP remains the original 100% TP cost in damage regardless of TP reduction unit/armours. While the TP reductions stack still.

Is the bug where sorting the Psycho Wand below the Adepts in your pack fixed? It used to affect the HP cost if you moved the Psycho Wand to the bottom of the item list. With 4 Adepts and MG+ you could get the cost down to like 2 HP and 4 TP per Technique. :p

I had never heard of that so i decided to test it out, sorting psycho wand below adept does not affect hp cost of spells.

Yes it does work. Change blocks/relog after you change the equip order. With 2 adepts and pwand, my level 29 Foie cut 24 HP. The TP cost of level 29 Foie is 41 TP, so it should cut 41 HP normally.
