Transferring characters issue?

Hello, I'm not impatient, in fact I have no problem starting from scratch, however I have transferred a character months ago successfully and now he is gone. I've put in another request for a transfer of that same character, plus another, and neither have gone through over the past two hours. I'm just curious to know if that is a normal thing. The last time didn't take nearly as long. I did recently change my password and I wonder if that may have something to do with it?

Change your character slot page (top right of the launcher or typing /cbank 1).

Tried both, and still no luck. Very weird. I'm gonna troubleshoot more later, I appreciate the quick response.

Characters never get deleted and any transfers go through pretty much immediately. Sounds like your page isn't changing, another person had this issue and it got fixed by updating their drivers... (yeah I dunno).

You can find out if the page is changing by browsing for Ephinea in the registry and viewing the keys (I forget the exact location off the top of my head).

Update: I think I'm onto something.
Update: Nevermind, updated drivers, no registry errors, not really sure what else to do.
