The Unit HP/Resurrection can't be exchanged in Claire's Deal 5

When I give her the second material HP/Generate, she said that she don't want it.
I‘m sure I choose the right item at the right step. Is that a bug or something?
Can I get the HP/Resurrection from any other way?

I finally get the HP/Resurrection. However I found another HP/Generate in the Ruins when I was doing a TTF. Then the new one was available. Maybe it is because I got the former one from the shop. I'm not sure.

Right, I forgot to post, I looked at the quest but wasn't able to find any issues. Not really sure what it could be (having this "there seems to be no issues" problem with reach for the dream as well...)
