So playing with a friend, tekked some blues after dragon, but their percentages and suffixes would not change.
For reference, it was a 15/15/0/0/20 ???? Gungnir, and after tekking it nearly *40* times, it has remained a Gush Gungnir with the same %s, not going below or under the base numbers listed. I also tested this with some more untekked weapons in my bank, and they never changed in %.
Gave the same items to the friend I was playing with, he has the same results, along with blues he got from our run.
