This will be a quick summary on internet time, or .beat time since most of it is explained here from Wikipedia anyways. There is not much to add other than what equipment is related to this unique feature of the game, so this will be a quick guide for beginners to understand easily. You can also check what the time is at this website: https://www.swatch.com and maybe start using this time standard to set up your next meeting time with your friends in the game.
Divine Punishment
Three weapons come to mind: Heaven Striker, Heaven Punisher, and Mille Marteaux. Clicking on each link will reveal what they do, but to summarize the idea, even hundred beat times will activate the divine punishment special attack (A Striker Unit is required for Heaven Striker to use this special attack, and Striker Plus is not included.) while odd hundred beat times will activate a hard accurate auto-targeting special attack with shot range, which is fun to try with the Mille Marteaux because this weapon acts like a turret with this kind of special attack.
Divine Protection
There is a unit that nobody really uses a lot that also is affected by this beat time system, and it's called Divine Protection. It says here that "Divine Protection is a rare unit that only takes effect during when the hundreds digit of the beat time is odd. During this time, the user's LCK will be doubled and EDK and ELT are boosted by 20."
Galatine
Here's a description from an article about this special saber that has its ATP based on beat time called Galatine:
Galatine has a base ATP of 330-420 which is multiplied depending on the beat time.
Epsiguard
Here's a description from an article about this special shield that has its elemental resistance change every two beats called Epsiguard:
Epsiguard is a rare barrier only equippable by androids. Depending on the beat time, the resistances that it offers changes.
Every 2 beats, Epsiguard will change colour in a set order and give a resistance to the matching color:

Morning Glory is a special claw that gains extra ATP depending on the time of day.
Morning Glory gains up to an extra 250 ATP depending on beat time, allowing the weapon to have up to 750 ATP, almost putting it on par with the legendary Nei's Claw. The amount of extra ATP gained is calculated with the following formula: (Current Beat Time / 4)
Equipping this Morning Prayer, a rare frame, to this claw will boost your Morning Glory's power too, but it's not as "glorious" as a Thirteen and Diska of Braveman are when those are equipped in my opinion. I don't know though, maybe you really like this claw a lot because it looks like Wolverine's claw, and that's cool too.

Swatch Internet Time (or .beat time) is a decimal time concept introduced in 1998 by the Swatch corporation as part of their marketing campaign for their line of "Beat" watches.
Instead of hours and minutes, the mean solar day is divided into 1000 parts called ".beats". Each .beat is equal to one decimal minute in the French Revolutionary decimal time system and lasts 1 minute and 26.4 seconds (86.4 seconds) in standard time. Times are notated as a 3-digit number out of 1000 after midnight. So, for example @248 would indicate a time 248 .beats after midnight representing 248/1000 of a day, just over 5 hours and 57 minutes.
There are no time zones in Swatch Internet Time; instead, the new time scale of Biel Meantime (BMT) is used, based on Swatch's headquarters in Biel, Switzerland and equivalent to Central European Time, West Africa Time, and UTC+01. Unlike civil time in Switzerland and many other countries, Swatch Internet Time does not observe daylight saving time.
