Stuck in chat

Ok, so i booted up my PSO like always when my friend wanted to do fullscreen with f11, but then something unexpected happened. I was stuck in chat! I couldnt't move. i only was able to chat and boot up my menu. I tried pressing f11 again, but it didn't work. I tried f12 didn't work either. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling but not even that worked. So now i ask you if you can help me fix this.

Yeah, you press F11 again, and F11 doesn't make it fullscreen, you have to do it in the launcher (uncheck both Windowed and Fullscreen for Borderless).

If F11 isn't working, just reboot the game and try again. Alternatively, go to the options menu and turn on keyboard controls.
