Just found Froozer # 22 on Ephinea. Still no hit =/
Also, on pre-wipe-Schtserv I found 27 Froozers and only found 1 with hit. It dropped with 5% hit, so it tekked up to 15% hit.
That means my Hit % success ratio on Froozer is approximately 2.2%, and the one time I did get hit, it was the worst possible amount.
