I also happened to find the item I was hunting when I found that DoB, an Electro Frame.

Stats are 33 DEF/12 EVP and 2 slots. Max stats are 50 DEF/20 EVP for reference. Although I want one that's max or close to it, this isn't a bad start. Unfortunately it took me 3 Love Rappies to get it. The first 2 Love Rappies dropped nothing. >.<
