With the help of @Harborer of Hope , CwT (42002628), 7W1N C243 (42124160), LOCKEY (42122679), and R Dorothy (42013649), I've officially cleared all of the Government Quests on Ultimate difficulty on my FOnewearl. (Ep 2, then 4, then 1)
