Hey just want to say I appreciate the advice. I'll definitely keep it in mind for the future.

That said, shortly after I made my last post we found both Shifta and Deband lvl 10 in Hard Ruins 1. We're pretty happy for now lol.

That’s cool. SD scales up really quickly and level 10 is practically all the way there to max IIRC lol

It can be fun to just play organically and with self found only. You’ll be drowning in items one day and basically very overpowered so personally I find hard/very hard to be some of the most fun and challenging parts of the game.

Have fun playing legit and if you guys get bored at some point you can always hop in ep 4 and just spam rafoei to powerlevel yourselves to get over that last hump to ult.

It gains 1.3% per level. Level 10 is almost halfway to max.

Level 10 -> 21.7
Level 30 -> 47.7
Level 3 from S-Reds -> 12.6
(If you prorate for the levels it’s 4.2% a level for s-reds. The 12.6 % is 26% of the way to level 30s effect. It’s not exactly linear because level 1 provides 10%… not 1.3)

But good catch! I guess I didn’t recall correctly (whoops!). Anyway it’s hardly significant anyway due to the sheer abundance of level 30 techs and how easy they are to find in ultimate. It’s only something that is ever going to effect extremely new players.

Thanks for the correction! Surely they wouldn’t have appreciated knowing that their level 10 shifta was halfway to cap (the only purpose of my post was to provide reassurance that it IS significant for the state their character is in currently)

But if you didn’t know level 1 provided 10% it’s going to make absolutely zero sense that level 3 is 25% of the way to level 30 despite being 1/10th level-wise. That is the point I’m trying to make.

All in all I myself offered help to a n00b and even offered the item they wanted for free. While explaining that this is a temporary issue and they will easily find hundreds of these items in ultimate mode through just normal gameplay. I’m so so sorry I triggered the fact checkers with my helpful information given off of the top of my head. Please forgive me and I will be absolutely sure to provide charts before I ever post again ok???

Mags drop at 1/146 in both mines 2 and jungle east in ultimate. In very hard they drop at the same rate but in mines 1 and jungle east still. Please consult the drop chart that has box information here so you can see the areas and drop rates for yourself for any other difficulties you might need.

Mathematically, yes. But this is a video game and maybe scaling changes at higher levels to emphasize that Forces (the casters) provide better buffs than non-Forces, or something. Good thing we have this information documented.

But for now I will continue trying to help n00bs who ask for questions in this thread instead of starting a stupid childish debate that only proves you have way too much free time and should consider getting a job and closing the laptop.

Can someone recommend me some progression goals or order for a noob Fonewm having reached Ultimate for the first time? I got a 200 basic mind Nidra, my character is lvl 90 with about 70 mind materials and the 3 basic elemental wands. My main techniques are lvl 24-29, but I'm starting to feel a whole let useful now. Any items I should start hunting down or should I try to level up more for now?

i would eat 70 more mind mats
i would keep raising different mags while playing, (Ep1&EP2 endgame 5/88/61/46 and 5/93/101/1, even 5/150/45/0 and 5/0/45/150 for leveling)

as any fo you can solo clear most of the ep1 and ep4 content, even in ultimate!

stuff to improve nuking:
-Wiz/Devil/God technique unit to improve all techs
-Heavenly/Mind unit to cap MAX MST (1pd each)
-v801 unit to improve fast cast (6-8pd)
-Red or Rafoie Merge to improve damage (4-6pd)
-Ignition Cloak -endgame armor- (~15+pd)


stuff for multiplayer:
-lvl 30 support techniques (if you keep joining ultimate parties probably somebody will throw those to you)
-Branch of Pakupaku, follow wiki guide to get Striker of Chao and keep always Shifta/Deband on allies
-Glide Divine wich helps to put Jellen/Zalure on enemies ( you can use addon to keep track of buffs and debuffs )

also i dont know your ID or playstyle,
but fonewm is somehow a "Jack of all trades"
and with the right setup you can take any path you choose

I tried searching for this question but didn't find exactly what I'm looking for, but is there any way to add hit to non-enemy parts weapons? For example, if I wanted to add hit to a Master Raven. Additionally, if it *is* possible to add hit to a non-enemy weapon, does the weapon have to already have hit as one of its listed attributes, or can you add the hit attribute to a weapon even if it doesn't already have hit (but doesn't already have 3 attribute stats, obv.)? Thanks in advance! And sorry if this has been asked a million times before.

I have a compact keyboard on my laptop so my page up/page down/end/home keys are all on the numpad. I was able to map symbol chat to tenkey 1 (my end key) - is there a place to change the others? I've tried toggling numlock but the game registers it as tenkey numbers either way.

There is no actual instant unseal of the specific item you gave, they all take time and kills to unseal, its just some people have stock of the same item already unsealed and trade right away.
