Hmm, I swear there was a quest where attribute wall was obtainable through it somehow.

Is that a thing or am I just high? D:

I think you are high. There are 3 Walls obtainable through quests, the class ones, which are obtainable in Gallon's Shop.

Got my Attribute Wall from Meriltas in Hard.
