if i sign on and just shouting in the lobby at like 9pm EST that i want to do, say, 5-3 on very hard, am i likely to get any bodies on board? is an inviting room name more important, do people join things that way?

just curious, wondering what my expectations should be here-- some of my pso buds are sort of burning out, but i got lots of Stuff To Do still
 
Generally you just make a room, named as the content you want to play, and then people will join you if they also want to do it.

People tend to play a bunch of quests which are rewarding, so using 5-3 as an example, you'd probably have to do it solo, but it's good to ask in lobby/discord -- people might join you anyway!
