I would say 90-140 depending on personal worth.
A FS is an absolutely critical piece of RA gear and one with this much hit might even be worth turning into a snow queen because it might be enough hit to actually freeze those del depths in ep 2 as a SQ but I wouldn't risk testing it because even a 30h SQ/FS is not enough to freeze them on the first shot usually.
I would say auction it with enough runway to get a bid war going, perhaps with a reserve of 90. Not too many 50h+ FS drop to the best of my knowledge.
