I'd definitely say 50+ unless event has derailed pricing but given that they are still v rare to find imo the pc still stands.
 
I guess these are from the scavenger?
Can I ask what colour present you found them in?
Is it best to just roll green all the time or?
 
I have a friend with 60h Charge Vulcans and someone offered 200 PDs for them. That was before the event (and a bit too much even back then), but I'd still say 50+ easily.

Red is probably the best to roll overall, I was rolling yellows for awhile, but its quite a rare thing to get a 60H desired item.
