A 30 hit does astro belt some very good stuff for Fomar, far more than any basic excal can do. Sadly though it isn't enough to not miss with the 2nd hit of a hard attack on the basic level 2/3 grunt foes in ruins, crater, and desert. Granted 90+% odds are for sure in your favor.
but the worse news is ep 4 lizards have 90% hit or so with yawie packing just under 70% success.
Another spot where this could be useful is even worse off, but gibbon monkeys are just pure evil anyway.
This is factoring in if you have red ring as well.
Still to answer your question. Those 30 hit astro belts floating around are by far more useful for a fomar than a 0 hit excal is for example. I'd set my price for my 30 hit at 15-20 or so because it has been a bit since xmas and I wonder how many are actually floating around.
A 40% hit one will cost you though IMO. 40% removes any issue you might have had with hitting with the 2nd hard hit on at least lizards (and yawie are in your favor more), and anywhere else on basic grunt foes...except with gibbon monkeys...cause those things suck.

30 hit Asteron 8-13, girasole maybe 12-15?
40h-50h asteron maybe 30-50 with lowish demand, but I think girasole would probably take off at auction at 45h. I think someone was offering a stack for a 45+ hit Gira at one point, but don't know if the demand is still there. Shots in the dark in this category

Sounds like I'm not looking for *too much* for these items though, if they even exist, since nobody plays FOmar.
...I'm poor tho right now since I got Gif 30.
Better off hunting the Girasole.....hope ur luck is bettee than mine. I've got a 30h sitting in my bank but its not enough hit.

Done that hunt....it sucked but I came out with a 20h Asteron Belt
