My characters deleted

Been away over a week, just logged in right now, and all my characters are gone.

what if your characters where deleted but you got a back up copy from your ephenia server saved on a thumb drive, how would someone go about getting it back onto the server if they needed to.

If you deleted them manually, you don't.

If they were deleted automatically, they weren't.
