This was already fixed but I assume Soda just overwrote the quest with the translated version. Just needs what was done to the original to be done to the translated version.
This doesn't just affect Falz, it affects most of Mines and Ruins too and they're classified as the wrong enemy by the server. Currently, Falz is a Dark Gunner.
If you wanna get technical about it, there were 2 Garanz in the quest that had Child Counts of "4". Garanz can't have child counts, so it messed up the mid calculation done by the ship. The PSO client is smart enough to realize that but the ship was like "OK, let's increment the counter!"
