Is there a way to connect to the server using an andriod phone .

Ephinea is a PSO server that only supports Version 4/Blue Burst, the standalone PC version released in 2004.

Judging from your original post, you are asking to connect here from the Dreamcast V2 version, which this server does not support, so you would not be able to connect from your android phone unless it could run windows executables (which it can't).

Portable PSO is great indeed, and the good news is that it will be able to be done pretty easily next year with Blue Burst once the Steam Deck releases, so you can look forward to that!
 
sylverant online works on the retroarch flycast core on android phones but doesnt have keyboard support yet so only quick chat can be used lol
 
Yes. You would need to have a PC to stream the game to your android phone. This is most easily accomplished by installing PSO BB, then using steam add the game as a non steam library game. Installing SteamLink on your android phone and streaming it to your phone from your PC. This game can not run natively on your phone.
If you are attached to running the emulated version, you can connect to another server. But using steamlink will give you controller and keyboard emulation.

Been trying to get it to work through exagear to no avail. If we can get oblivion running i dont see why we cant run blue burst. If we can find someone with decent knowledge of wine/ exagear we can get it running.
