When you install PSO have you made sure to change the default directory and create your own custom path?

The problem is in my internet as far as I know.
I called my ISP and they said "everything's okay" so idk.

Tried it on a VPN? Might help if it's an unspecified problem with your ISP. A first-line tech at your ISP won't even know what to look for, usually it will need escalating.

When you performed tracert how many hops did it take to get to the server? Anything more than 15 can cause issues.

Sometimes ISPs have routing issues which cause unnecessary hops. So if you get more than 15 maybe ask them to look into a routing issue their end.
