How to mod help please?

So yeah basically was curious how to apply these mods. Using windows 7 64bit if that makes any difference as to what program I need for applying mods.

If the mod you download gives you a data folder, drop it in your root PSO folder. Otherwise, drop it in the data folder.

Nobody really makes packs that require any more effort than that.

Just if you want to mod weapon skins which require modifying the ItemTextureEP4.afs ... but if you don't want/need then better leave it alone for now xD
