I'm a french retrogaming enthusiast that somehow never played PSO until the day before yesterday, I didn't even knew what Blue Burst was relative to Phantasy Star Online before the end of July (I did hear the name in a discord related to phantasy star I'm in, but since I only played the games on master system/megadrive compilations, I didn't really look much into it at the time).
I'm not a big user of forums nowadays, but since I started playing on Ephinea I thought "might as well make a proper introduction". I'm mostly looking into playing the main story of PSO for now, Online gaming isn't usually my thing (unless it's with friends, but playing with random people isn't my thing).
I don't really understand everything regarding the game, but that's fine, I mostly want to experience it for the first time now, so I'll make a lot of mistakes. I'm playing on a steamdeck and was given the steamdeck guide and, despite the "certificate issue" that was reported lately in the thread and odd default inputs, everything went mostly fine

PS: I did read the rules, but Iwould like clarifications on some stuff:
-what is "multiboxing"?
-The "No cheating ingame" section says that "this also includes doing any sort of actions where one input sends many.", does this mean that using steam input to bind one of the back button to R1 + Y to open the quick menu is frowned upon as well? (I was thinking of doing that potentially for convenience but if it is a big nono I will refrain).
