Events that changes everything up.

I know that there already themes in pso when it comes to certain events but I was looking over that list of skins from universe ps and notice some of them was npcs,monsters and objects/item skins and some of them are base off of the events and holidays. I then thought why dont we have that in the game yet where npcs,objects and monsters would change skin base on the events. I mean it only seem to be the next step in this.

Because to change the skins in game, players' files have to be overwritten, meaning we'd be overwriting custom files that people have, causing hassle for many people.

Lol I was kinda hoping that there was more to work with when it came to coding and tools. But nah its all good. I had a ton of other ideas that could of been neat but it may be hard to add in.
