For anyone who actually is testing the VOIP stuff, I updated the beta DLL again.

There's been a bunch of performance improvements in the code. Mostly the way the buffers are handled and no longer using mutexes for each client's jitter and decoding buffer. (Switched to a circular buffer for each client, if you want to get really technical about it.)
The mixing code for audio has also been improved and slimmed down.
