Can i transfer account from schtserv?

I heard from someone you can.If you want its fine i'm working on a new char but i had some mags and items i wouldn't mind having. Just curious on if and how you do it?

We used to have a transfer feature that would bring across half your levels with a random mag to get you started in the higher end of VH/Ultimate, although no gear was actually brought across since that would ultimately mess things up since it was an automatic process.

It's been suspended indefinitely though, due to some issues. No idea if it'll ever be a thing again.
