Black Paper Deals Item Drop Glitch

Today I experienced an item glitch which did not allow me to pick up my reward from black paper deals...

Did you have 10 Sol Atomizers with you?
Since the game sees the Sol Atomizer "on top" (as you can see in your sceenshot), you have to pick it up first - which you can't if you have 10 of them in your inventory.

Oh no! that must have been it, although i think i dropped some and it still didn't work. Oh well I suppose
