"AOL CUP -Sunset Base-" might be a One Person quest?

The quest "AOL CUP -Sunset Base-" (Episode 1, "Event" category) is currently part of the normal (multiplayer) game.

According to a thread on ragol.co.uk, it is a quest in the "One Person" game:

[...] the AOL Sunset Base quest (which is an 'event' quest in the one-player game).

Also according to this thread on pso-world.com:

Note that this only works in hard mode, one person game with the event quest.

[...]

This is the AOL Cup: Sunset Base quest. You can only do this on solo, [...]

I didn't play on the original servers, but I think it makes sense because it's a story-only quest (no fighting), and there are no switches where you'd need another player.

Yes, Sunset at the Secret Base was a Japanese Download Quest for DC, so the BB version should be in solo mode only.
