Alt-tabbing out of game causes game to close

I'm running on Window's 10, I tried searching the forums and didn't come up with anything, is there a possible fix for this?

Turn off Classic Fullscreen.

The game does not support alt tab in full screen.

Only borderless window mode or window mode allow you to exit the game.

The problem is full screen mode has better performance. You might notice a frame rate drop in window mode.
