AFS Manager link dead, can someone share it with me?

Hey all, the link to AFS Manager (https://psoskins.jimdo.com/tools/) seems to be dead. Can someone link me to another place I can get it, or upload or share this tool with me? Maybe like through google drive so it doesn't get lost over time?

Thanks Soly! Btw I'm trying to get the Standstill Shield model to appear when wearing Ranger Wall. Do you know if this is even possible? Ranger Wall has a -1 value and no model
