Adjusted Ep4 drops in VH

I don't really understand the adjusted drops in VH. The argument is that some items are easier to obtain in VH compared to ULT, but wasn't it always like that? Some examples:

- rare enemy Ep1&2 VH drop rates are 7/8 compared to 1/2 in ULT
- Magic Rock Moola 1/40 from EP1 Pan Arms compared to 1/700 from Migium in Ep2 ULT

and now my best example

- Spirit Garment from DelD Ep2 VH is 1/426 and in ULT from the same enemy is 1/1050

Now Magic Rock Moola in VH from Ep4 Goran Detonator is 1/417 compared to the previous 1/80 (see Pan Arms 1/40). Tyrell Parasol made some drastic changes over the past and went from 1/900 to 1/500 and now to 1/1950. If you want to change things so badly then why not put it back to it's original 1/900? The point is that while some items are easier to get in VH, you still have better % chances in ULT, right?

Also, why the sudden changes in Ep4? Is it because of War of Limits HBR? And what will happen if we get Phantasmal World quests in HBR and Gibbles, Gi Gue, and Mericarol drops in VH spam banner every minute?

Some of these changes feel rushed. Why hunt Blue Odoshi Violet Nimaidou 1/4 from Kondi when you can get it 1/4 from Del Rappy? And those are just some examples I found.

By simple logic, items should be easier to hunt in Ultimate than VH because Ultimate is harder.

Sure, SEGA had some moments where the VH drop was easier than the Ultimate drop, but SEGA is silly. We don't plan to edit any Episode 1 / 2 drop rates though, just leave them as they were.

The changes in Episode 4 happened because I was looking at the tables and decided they didn't make sense. It's nothing to do with the HBR. If you think the tables don't make sense, there's no harm in saying something, but people here only like to note things if they think things should be easier, even if that shouldn't be the case.

But like I said, don't they drop with potentially better percent in ultimate? So it could be like: Play VH to get a sneak peek on some (not all) nice items but if you want good stats / hit, you need to play ultimate. Of course, this doesn't really apply to armor, unless they have a better chance of dropping with max stats compared to their VH drops.
