Additional Symbol Chat Features

Some of you probably know this already, but additional "hidden" symbols for Symbol Chat can be found in PSO:BB. Usually, these don't show up, and therefore cannot be selected.

However, there seems to be some way to access these: You might have seen the "person holding a sign" or the "dead panda with a weird symbol in the top left corner" Symbol Chat before.

Creating these with the "vanilla" symbols is impossible, which leads to my question: Is there (still) a way to access these "additional" symbols? And is it even legal to do so?

Shame you cant do much about it legitimately without editing the client, extra symbols would be great.
