7-5 not unlocking

As title really. I did 7-4 twice just to make sure I actually cleared it the first time, but 7-5 won't show up in the quest list and I can't progress any further. _(:3」∠)_
 
Fuck, I'm going to have to restart the server. I can't make one update without fucking something up, can I? People are going to be pissed. Oh well.

I just noticed I typo'd something on my flag set logic.

Damn it, I meant to type a || and not a &&.

I have to restart it immediately because it will affect all quest flags not being able to be written... You'll have to do the quest over and I'm sorry about that.
