I figured it'd have the same special as Heaven Punisher, but it seems to just have berserk. I've never gotten to play with extreme rares from EP4, so could someone tell me? I was hoping I could Heaven Punish at any time with a Heaven Striker, lol.

Hi, guys. I'm wanting to make a PSO Private Server in Java. I think I should start with the login server, right? Or would I need a shipgate server first? I know I'll need to figure out what packets get sent, when, and what they do. Does anyone have any info on this I could get? Anything helps...
