Does the Telepipe/Ryuker trick still work on Ephinea? The trick was porting between a town and zone to refresh the enemies. This could be done to help manipulate the RNG to get a rare monster (Al Rappy, Hildeblue, etc).

To increase my HBR Rank, do I need to complete the quests in a group? I just completed one of the quests solo and nothing happened to my Statistics page.

How do items like Sorcerer's cane (which gives a 20% boost to Gi rank techs) stack with passive traits like the FOmars 30% boost to Gi rank techs? Is it an additive boost, effectively making Gi techs 50% stronger using Sorc cane and FOmar or is it multiplicative making it 60% stronger?

It's from the boss Vol Opt in the Mines area. I'm not sure what it's called exactly though. When I get there in game, I can target it and see if it has a specific name.

I'll probably do SC for my first character since it's been a long time, so I'm leaning towards FOmar first. When I make a new character, it'll be a RAmarl/RAcaseal in HC most likely.
