The ingame settings for setting up keybindings is very limited. For example, I can't change the ' key to anything and I can't set custom bindings for the ENTER or CANCEL commands. I've started playing FFXI and I would love to carry over some of those keybindings to this game if possible.
I'd love to be able to changes those settings above, and do more complicated things like alt+E = F2 (opens equipment), alt+M = F4 (opens the MAG window), etc. FFXI has similar shortcuts like this that I'm used to and I think make playing with a keyboard fluid.
Are there any 3rd party programs that are okay to use on this server for custom keybindings? Thanks!

I found autohotkey and it's doing exactly what I'd like! Now I just want to make sure it's not again the rules for this server.
